1. Privacy
Dream or Two Ltd does not store and does not intend to store financial details for any transaction made in purchasing a sailing course

2. Your contract with Dream or Two
The following Terms and Conditions will be incorporated into every contract between you and Dream or two Ltd. By making a payment you will be accepting the Terms and Conditions for all members of your party and you are therefore advised to read them carefully. This contract is construed in accordance with English law and it is agreed by us that each will submit to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.

3. Cancellation
In the event of your sailing with Dream or Two being cancelled, with no suitable alternative available, our liability is limited to payment received and a refund to this amount will be made. If you wish to cancel your sailing this must be done in writing and will be effective from the date that this communication is received by Dream or Two Ltd. If you cancel at least 28 days before the start date of your sailing course/cruise/milebuilder or racing then you will have the option to rebook to another date with any subsequent increase in payment if applicable. Alternatively Dream or Two Ltd will refund you 50% of the fees for the sailing course/cruise/milebuilder or racing purchased. If less than 28 days notice of cancellation is given the full fee paid will be forfeited.

4. Insurance
Our insurance policy provides full cover for our yachts and against accident, injury and third party liability. However, should damage, personal injury or loss result from gross negligence by a client then he or she will be liable for the full amount of replacement or repair. Such negligence includes clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs or as a result of not obeying the instructions of a Dream or Two Ltd skipper.

We recommend that you have your own insurance to cover you in respect of injury, personal liability and cancellation.

5. Termination of sailing course/cruise/milebuilder or racing
You must accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and any members of your party. We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to terminate, without further notice, the sailing arrangements of any client who refuses to comply with the instructions or orders of the skipper or other staff employed by Dream or two Ltd or whose behaviour or competence in their opinion is likely to cause distress, danger or annoyance to their crew, other clients, staff of any third party or property. Upon such termination our responsibility for your sailing ceases and Dream or Two Ltd shall not be liable for any extra costs incurred by you.

6. Yacht Specification
Dream or Two Ltd may alter the specification of the yacht if it deems that in its absolute discretion, necessary to either ensure that you gain the maximum benefit from your sailing, or to ensure the safety of yourself, other crew members and other water users.

7. Photography
Photographs will sometimes be taken by Dream or Two skippers and staff for use in publicity material. If you have any objection to your image being used for this purpose, please inform Dream or Two Ltd when photography takes place.

8. Force Majeure
If weather conditions are the reason for postponement then an alternative date(s) will be offered, where possible. An alternative date must be accepted within three months from the original date. We do not provide a refund where weather is the reason for postponement. Any increase in cost due to seasonal variations or change in sailing selection, will be met by yourself.

In the event of other force majeure including an act of God, strikes, lock out, act of Government or any other occurrence beyond our control, Dream or Two Ltd will not be liable if prevented from fulfilling its obligations.
