RYA Theory Courses

The Dream or Two Sailing School is approved by the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) to run the full range of RYA Sailing Courses shown below.

These courses can give you the opportunity to progress from absolute beginner to learning the advanced techniques of sailing, navigation and of course, safety (RYA Yachtmaster).

Our fleet of yachts offer fun, excitement and safety. They are inspected annually for their seaworthiness and for the mandatory high levels of safety required by our governing body (the RYA).

Our carefully selected Instructors are all qualified to RYA Cruising Instructor as a minimum. They will ensure that you are given every opportunity to achieve your goal.

We aim to get the most sailing hours from every day (weather permitting). If you want to be in the pub by 5pm, don't come with us!

This is a great ‘hands on’ practical course if you are a beginner to sailing or if you have no formal qualifications.
