RYA Day Skipper Practical 
If
you want to be able to safely skipper your own boat by day, this
is the course for you! 
It is a very valuable course
if you have your own boat or if you are wanting to charter or flotilla.
It is an intensive and demanding course and our RYA instructors will certainly put you through your paces, burning the candle with night sailing and early starts too! There is a big step from crewing on a yacht to skippering in your own right -a great goal to go for! 
If we haven't sailed with you previously, we will ask you to complete a pre-course questionaire which will help both you and us to confirm that you are ready to join our RYA Day Skipper practical course. This helps to prevent you wasting your time and money!
Your accommodation on board your yacht throughout
We eat ashore in the evenings so that everyone can stretch their legs (this cost is not included).

a quick note to say thank you for the fantastic experience I enjoyed
during my day skipper practical course last week. I am amazed how
much my confidence in handling a large yacht has improved in just
one week. My expectations of what could be achieved in such a short
period of time has been far exceeded thanks to your calm, confidence
