A truly unique opportunity to see Team GB's final preparations ahead of the 2012 Olympic Games as they race in the Sail for Gold Regatta, to tour the Olympic sailing venue for the 2012 Games, and to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee

Come and be part of this once in a lifetime event- organised by the RYA- allowing us to see Team GB's final preparations ahead of the 2012 Games, including a behind the scenes tour of the Olympic and Paralympic sailing venue in Weymouth and Portland.

The weekend includes:

A tour of the Olympic and Paralympic sailing venue hosted by RYA Racing Manager, John Derbyshire OBE

Passage to Portland Dinner and party at Portland Castle where we meet members of Skandia Team GBR sailing team, enjoy Tom Cunliffe as our host for the evening and enjoy an inspirational talk from Stephen 'Sparky' Park OBE (Skandia Team GBR and RYA Olympic Manager).

Take a trip out to watch the racing and cheer on Team GB hopefuls as they make their final preparations for the Games.

We plan to leave on friday evening or early Saturday morning for a non stop passage to Weymouth and Portland, arriving in time to register and enjoy a BBQ at The Boat That Rocks bar at Portland Marina.

On Sunday you can take a guided tour of the Olympic Venue, view the Boat Project and stretch legs with a walk to Weymouth or along the famous Chesil Beach.

You can also choose to have a go at dinghy sailing or windsurfing, or watch the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Pageant at the Olympic Sailing venue.

In the evening (dress code red, white and blue!) we walk to Henry v111's finest coastal fort, Portland Castle where we enjoy a dinner compered by Tom Cunliffe.

During the dinner Stephen 'Sparky' Park OBE (Skandia Team GBR and RYA Olympic Manager) will give a unique insight into the teams' chances at the regatta and of course the 2012 Olympics.

On Monday we get to take a trip out to watch our Olympic hopefuls in the Sail For Gold Regatta. As the day comes to a close a Hog Roast will be served and Tim Hall, RYA Competitions Manager who runs the Skandia Sail for Gold Regatta, will give his inside view on the results of the day's racing.

In the early hours of Tuesday morning (Bank Holiday) we set sail for our non stop passage to Gosport, aiming to arrive that same evening.
